Policies

 

Satisfactory Academic Progress

is required for a student to remain eligible for financial aid. At the end of each academic semester, the Financial Aid Office will verify the academic progress of each student.

 

Return to Title IV

When a student withdraws from all coursework during the semester and received any federal financial aid, the Department of Education requires that Bethany College to review the student’s eligibility for those funds. calculation is based upon the concept that a student earns financial aid in proportion to the amount of time in which they are enrolled.


Professional Judgement

Bethany College recognizes that many families may experience situations that are not reflected correctly on the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Under federal guidance, the Financial Aid Office is allowed to revise some FAFSA information based on .
